Rachel Jarmusz had a massive ischemic stroke at just 25 years old — not long after giving birth to her second son. Paralyzed on her left side, she refused to believe in the limitations placed on her body. She found yoga. And yoga found her back.
Today, as an E-RYT 500 certified teacher and founder of My YogaWill, Rachel is on a mission to prove that yoga is not just for the able-bodied. It belongs to stroke survivors, TBI patients, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has ever been told their body wasn’t “yoga enough.”
From stroke recovery to teacher training — every offering is built on the belief that yoga belongs to you, exactly as you are.
